first as a set of 5 are much cheaper than any Office supply store sells them for; Secondly, the design of the barrel is refreshing for a disposable fountain pen; Finally, they come in Fine tip pen, not the media which seems to be SOP for what you find in stores. write very well; the fine tip vs love. the other half I bought, and barrel design does not make them look cheap when I use in client meetings.
